Afghanistan, around 1900. Rare pattern. Cross-shaped hexagons decorated with blossoms and Beshir elements occupy the entire brick-red central field in diagonal rows. The main border, decorated with cartouches in alternating colors, is lined with a filigree yellow border. Small old, repaired spots. signs of wear.
